A labyrinthine artery is a branch of anterior inferior cerebellar artery [ramus arteriae cerebelli inferioris anterioris ] which is the main arterial supply to the vestibulum [vestibulum ] and cochlea [cochlea ] and it vascularizes the cranial nerve VII [nervus facialis ] and the cranial nerve VIII [nervus vestibulocochlearis ].
